Next Class: Sunday February 18th 7pm CST

Mental Health is something we all take for granted until we don’t have it. Depression, anxiety, and sleep disorders now affect 1 in 3 people.  According to the World Health Organization, gender is a critical determinant of mental health and mental illness, and women bear the load by nearly 2 to 1. It is not because we are ‘the weaker sex’. It is because we have lost the ability to read our bodies and react accordingly. It is also because our hormones and thyroid are assaulted daily by common stressors that affect the organs that produce them. Join us in an interactive discussion, and learn how and why even micro-imbalances of either can affect our mental health. Learn to walk the path and read the road signs that will help keep you healthy and well both emotionally and physically. Looking forward to seeing you there!

This class will be held on an online interactive video service called ZOOM. I will send you the link 24-48 hours prior to the class. At that time, I will also send you handouts that you can print off prior to the class. Please download ZOOM prior to class time as it takes a few minutes to download.  https://zoom.us/
